## Hero logo edge-cleanup derivative

- File: `assets/belief-logo-hero.png`, derived locally from the supplied `assets/belief-logo-static.png` with `build_hero_logo_asset.py`.
- Alpha-only unsharp masking reduces soft raster edges. Dimensions remain 900×900; no generative upscale, vector redraw, or RGB changes. Both original logo assets remain unchanged.
- Used only for the large homepage hero and its static fallback. Header and other existing logo uses keep their original asset.

## Council of Rivendell belief graph

- Source: https://belief-visualizer.netlify.app/ — the page's embedded `DEMO_START` / `DEMO_END` JSON fixture, retrieved for this user-requested local redesign.
- Local source: `belief-map-demo.json`; served equivalent: `belief-map-data.js`.
- The fixture describes a fictional principal, is reconstructed and unratified, and explicitly marks guessed grip and thin evidence. No real person's beliefs are represented by this demonstration.
- Source data and caveats are preserved. `belief-network-layout.js` adapts the source's radial bands, grip-weighted ordering and parent-angle layout; the projected 3D renderer and interface are a new local implementation. No remote Netlify runtime is loaded. Added depth is editorial placement, not a confidence measure.
- This is a private review build. The source page does not establish a separate data license; confirm publication rights before deploying the adapted example publicly.
